Personal coaching is for individuals who are in need of some one on one guidance for issues such as, but not limited to motivation, career choice, feelings of anxiousness, and feelings of unsettlement. These are only a handful of aspects we can touch on in personal coaching.
Health coaching is for individuals who want to lose weight or eat healthy, but don't know how. We can discuss specific ways to achieve the healthy lifestyle that you want. Health coaching is specific to each individual; it can be for losing weight, learning portion control, or learning about nutrition, in general.
Our children are a product of US. When our children start to misbehave in ways we don't understand, then we know something is going 'wrong' with us. Parental coaching is for those who can't figure out what, specifically, is going wrong, or for those who know what is going wrong, but don't know how to fix it.
Group sessions are an informal way to receive feedback from your Life Coach, as well as other individuals, on topics that range from health, work, family, sex, children, and communication. This is a great way for females (in particular) to get together and have intellectual, useful conversations on matters that are close to your heart.
